IMPORTANT: New Health Insurance Requirements

Attention all international students:

Below are the due dates for Spring Semester 2012:

·         Monday, December 19, 2011:      Due date to submit the Health Insurance Waiver Request (for students who

                                                              have insurance equivalent to the Renaissance Policy).

·         Wednesday, January 18, 2012:    Due date to show proof of health insurance with Renaissance.

·         Thursday, January 19, 2012:        Classes will be dropped if the health insurance requirement is not met.

Renaissance Insurance will cover you from January 1^st, 2012 – April 30^th, 2012.  The cost is US$ 336.00.

Once again, if health insurance hasn't been purchased by January 18th, all classes will be dropped the next day. 

We recommend purchasing health insurance as soon as possible to avoid any complications. Thank you!
