ü Mandatory International Student Health Insurance:

International Student Health Insurance is due by August 17, the Friday before classes begin. To avoid having your classes dropped, enroll at www.4studenthealth.com/slcc by Friday, August 17, 2012.   .   Enroll today!

Once your classes are dropped, the next person on the waitlist will take your place

ü Fall Tuition Deadline:

Fall semester tuition is due by Wednesday, September 5, 2012.   Pay your tuition in full by Wednesday, September 5, 2012 OR sign up for the STIL payment plan before August 31, 2012

STIL information is available at www.mypage.slcc.edu.  Log into your MyPage Account, click on your “Student Tab” and click on, “Online Payment Plan” (STIL).  If you have questions regarding the STIL payment application, contact the Cashier’s Office at 801-957-4747.

If you do not pay your tuition by the due date, September 5, your classes will be dropped.  

ü TB & MMR Immunization Deadline:

TB Screening and MMR Immunizations are due by Wednesday, September 5, 2012.  Please remember that a hold will be placed on your student account if these are not completed.

Summer Term 2012 - New International Student Orientation

The New International Student Orientation for Summer Term 2012 will be on Tuesday & Wednessday, May 8 & 9, 2012.  This Orientation is mandatory for all new Summer Term 2012 F-1 students.
You must attend both days.

February 8th Workshop

As some of you know, we are currently undergoing a series of workshops each Wednesday for international students (for a full list of the workshops, click here). Tomorrow will be our "After Graduation" employment based workshop where we will discuss OPT.

We have also received a few questions about what international students should do about taxes. We have decided to implement tax instructions into the workshop. If you are a working student, this is definitely a workshop you'll want to attend. If you don't work, there still may be some tax information you need to submit.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow!
